Healthcare
Medical, Prescription Drugs, and Vision Coverage.
Our plan allows participants to select his or her physicians, Annual preventative care physicals for employees and spouses are covered at 100%, up to $500. The company pays the majority of the medical premiums, and the employee contributions towards medical premiums are made on a pre-tax basis.
Prescription Drugs. Employees can choose name-brand or generic medications, and use local or mail-order pharmacies
Vision coverage is included in our medical plan.
Dental. Our comprehensive dental plan allows participants to choose his or her dentist. Semi-annual preventative care is covered at 100%. As with the medical coverage, dental premium contributions are made on a pre-tax basis.
Employee Assistance
Employees and their immediate family members can seek assistance with personal problems under this plan. Counseling sessions, phone consultations, and financial planning sessions are available to the employee at no cost.

Employees can contribute pre-tax earnings into a health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Tax-free reimbursements are made for eligible medical expenses (that are not covered by insurance) and/or childcare for employee’s dependent children.

Life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and business travel insurance are provided for employees. Employee-paid supplemental life policies are available to interested employees, their spouses, and their children.
Short- and Long-Term Disability
Fugro West offers short- and long-term disability coverage to replace a portion of an employee's income if he or she is unable to work due to a disability from accident or illness. This benefit is employer paid and available to employees after one year of full time employment.
