The project will consist of nine office buildings and two parking structures that will be constructed in three phases. The structural systems will consist of steel. Maximum dead plus live column loads for the 5-story office structure will be on the order of 500 kips. Dead plus live column loads for Building C will range from about 30 to 185 kips.

Fugro conducted a geotechnical investigation as well as earthwork, foundation and pavement construction observation and testing services during Phase 1 of the development. Phase 1 consists of four three- to four-story office buildings, one two-story office building, and several acres of at-grade, asphalt concrete parking and access pavements. Fugro provided observation and testing services throughout the construction phase. Quality control services included observation and compaction testing during the mass grading and preparation of the building pads, trench backfill operations, and construction of the asphalt concrete pavements. Full- time observation and consultation services were provided during the installation of the precast, prestressed concrete pile foundations for four of the office buildings.
