Ocean Outfall Route Multibeam Investigation Survey, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii
Fugro performed a multibeam bathymetric survey of a 3km x 100m coral reef at the entrance to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Survey was required for engineering design study in support of a proposed ocean outfall pipeline along the perimeter of the reef. Work was performed for Sea Engineering Inc., under contract to the U.S. Navy. Water depths at the project site varied from 2 feet to 50 feet. Deliverables to the client included 3-D model maps, contour maps, cross sections, and a 3-D "fly through" video.
