Hydrographic, Water Level, and Geophysical Survey, Port Hueneme, California
In 2000, Fugro conducted various surveys to assist in planning and contracting for Port Hueneme's deepening project. The survey work was conducted in three phases:

• Conducted monumentation and coordinate translations of land control points in the harbor.
• Collected side scan sonar and magnetometer data in the harbor.
• Collected multibeam bathymetry data with single beam data for quality control.

Side scan sonar and magnetometer survey work was conducted from Fugro's 29' "Chart Maker" survey vessel. All single and multibeam surveys were conducted from Fugro's 26' "Julie Ann" survey vessel.

Data were subsequently processed, with resulting bathymetric charts, side-scan mosaics, seafloor features chart, and magnetometer anomolies. A comprehensive report accompanied the charts.
