Fugro provided special inspection and observation and testing services for this project consisting of a three to four-story, 209,000 square foot structural steel building with one-to two-story below grade parking. The new building has a new pedestrian bridge linking it to the existing headquarters building. The development consisted of demolishing an existing single-story wood-framed restaurant, an existing auto dealership, and another building.

Fugro performed inspection of shotcrete walls, suspended decks, structural steel, fireproofing, foundation footing, concrete, welding, and rebar. In addition, Fugro performed on-site earthwork observations and foundation construction observations, which included finished grade confirmation, miscellaneous density testing, sample collection and analysis, subgrade testing, and building pad testing.
