Ventura Harbor and Ventura Keys Dredge Program, Multibeam Surveys, Ventura Harbor, Ventura
Fugro conducted repeated multibeam bathymetric surveys of the inner Ventura harbor and interior "keys" channels for the purpose of proposed pre-dredge evaluation, and during dredging for quantity removal monitoring. Dredge quantities and detailed bathymetric charts were required at regular progress intervals. A SeaBat 8101 multibeam and POS M/V motion sensor / GPS for this program was installed aboard Fugro's vessel, the Julie Ann.
